The biggest challenge for anyone starting a business

Entrepreneurship is an art!

Today I decided to write to you who are starting out in the business world, it doesn't matter your age, it doesn't matter, it's your professional moment if you are undertaking now, are trying to undertake or have been on this journey for a while but still consider yourself an apprentice, a beginner.

The biggest challenge, the trigger without a doubt, is the lack of knowledge. You don't know what you're going to sell, you don't know how to sell, you don't know who to sell to, you don't know how much to sell for, you don't know how to do a DER, you don't know how to issue a company balance sheet, you don't know how to raise investment, you don't know how to do a pit of your business, you don't know how to produce content, you don't know how to do basically nothing or you know how to do very little of each of these things that I listed here. These are some of the needs that you will have, there are many others, imagine becoming good at all of this? It's difficult, right! Yes, but it is necessary!

You won't get very far if you don't fully embrace this challenge, so for you who are just starting out, your biggest challenge is to learn as much as possible, that's where you have to concentrate all your efforts, that's where you have to concentrate all your investment, that's where your head has to dedicate all your time to learning, to developing these techniques so that you can get the boat going at the beginning of your business.

I'm going to tell you something that few people have said, Okay, I don't know! Sand I don't know one thing I hire! Nthe initial stage of a business, which is stage number 1, there are some methodologies that call this stage the family stage, it is the stage where you will not be a manager, you will be a mere operator, you are the guy who does one thing, puts on a hat, now you are the finance, now you are the marketing, now you are the buyer, now you are the attendant, and until you have your first employee you will be literally everything, and you have to be very good, you cannot be average, you cannot be mediocre, the market no longer has room for those who are mediocre, and much less for those who are average, you have to be very good and in the future, in about five or ten years, you will have to be excellent in everything, the market will no longer have room for the good ones, I believe what I am telling you! The market is narrowing, so acquire as much knowledge as possible!

Learn everything? No! Specific knowledge! So you have to define what your priorities and learning are, who your greatest chefs are and you will read books, listen to podcasts, watch videos, buy courses, buy more advanced training and face-to-face mentions, interact with other entrepreneurs, seek a mentor, talk to consultants, talk to those who have already walked this path, interact with other entrepreneurs. You do this at conferences, at fairs, at lectures, read biographies of other entrepreneurs.

So, it's no excuse if you want to start a business, no matter when you have to start, acquiring knowledge - this will be your biggest obstacle! If you don't get results from your business, you can be sure that this was the reason. Obviously, there are other reasons for business failure, but whatever the business failure, you will end up going bankrupt due to incompetence if you don't know how to manage, if you don't know how to administer, if you don't know how to delegate to other people, if you don't know how to produce content, if you don't know how to calculate prices, and if you don't know how to position your product in the marketplace, if you don't know how to set up an online store, you need to learn all of this and only with a lot of knowledge will you be able to attract very good people to work with you.

Knowledge! This is the greatest quest of every entrepreneur!
