Today I decided to write to you, you are starting in the business world, your age does not matter, it does not matter, it is your professional moment if you are starting a business now, are trying to start a business or have been on this journey for a while but still consider yourself an apprentice, a beginner.

The biggest challenge, undoubtedly the trigger is the lack of knowledge, you don't know what you're going to sell, you don't know how to sell it, you don't know who to sell it to, you don't know how much to sell it, you don't know how to make a DER, you don't know is to issue a company balance sheet, you don't know how to attract investment, you don't know how to make one pit of your business, you don't know how to produce content, you don't know how to do basically anything or you know how to do very little of each of these things I've listed here. These are some of the needs you will have, there are many others can you imagine getting good at all of this? It's hard, it is not! it is, but it is necessary!

You won't be able to get very far if you don't take this challenge head on, so for those of you who are just starting out, your biggest challenge is to learn as much as possible, that's where all your efforts should be concentrated. the investment, is where your head has to give all the time to learn, to develop these techniques so that you can get the boat started at the beginning of your business.

I'll tell you something that few people have said, yeah I don't know! sand I don't know a thing I contract! Nothe initial stage of a business which is stage number 1, there are some methodologies that call this stage the family, it is the stage where you are not going to be a manager, you are going to be a mere operator, you are the guy who does something, Hats off, now you're finance, now you're marketing, now you're the buyer, now you're the attendant, and until you have your first employee you're going to be literally everything, and you have to be very good, no you can be average, you can't be mediocre, the market doesn't have room for mediocre people anymore, and much less for average people, you have to be very good and up front in about five ten years you're going to have to be excellent in everything, the market will no longer have room for the good ones, believe what I'm telling you! The market is narrowing, so get as much knowledge as possible!

Learn everything? No! Specific knowledge! So you have to define what your priorities and learning are, who your biggest chefs are and you will read books, listen to podcasts, watch videos, buy courses, buy more advanced training and face-to-face mentions, relate to other entrepreneurs, seek a mentor, talk to consultants, talk to those who have already walked this path, relate to other entrepreneurs. This is done at conferences, fairs, lectures, reading biographies of other entrepreneurs.

So it's not an excuse if you want to undertake, it doesn't matter when you have to start, acquire knowledge - this will be your biggest barrier! If you don't get a result from the business, you can be sure that the reason was that, obviously there are other reasons for failure in a business, but whatever the failure of the business, you will end up breaking the business due to incompetence if you don't know how to manage it, you you don't know how to manage, you don't know how to delegate to other people, you don't know how to produce content, you don't know how to calculate prices, and you don't know how to position the product in the marketplace, you don't know how to set up the virtual store, you need to learn all this and only with a lot of knowledge that you will be able to attract very good people to work with you.
